I have been extremely happy with MVP. I went in search of a lawn care company and came across MVP about 2 months ago. Nick was so prompt in getting back to me with a very reasonable bid. He is there when he says he will be there and that makes me happy! I've had so many experiences with companies that say things that they don't follow through with. Lawn Care MVP has done such a great job on keeping my yard looking amazing! I have them take care of all my rental properties and refer all my Real Estate clients to them. I would never think of using anyone else. I've had other companies in the past that would not show up when they were supposed to and wouldn't return my calls and at least 2 times left my gate open and my dogs got out. Lawn Care MVP has done a fantastic job with our yard over the last year, and our lawn has never looked so good. They've helped us with aeration, fertilizing, bush trimming, sprinklers, bi-weekly weeding, tree removal, mulch, and weekly mowing. All pricing is fair, and paying is handled by credit card, so I don't have to worry about mailing monthly payments like I've done with previous companies. They have always answered their phone and even call us at the beginning of the year to arrange all our lawn care needs and to make sure we have no further questions. Would highly recommend.
We offer the following payment options for our residential snow removal services.
Seasonal Billing - This option allows our residential customers to prepay and have peace of mind that their snow removal service will be in place all winter. It offers, by far, the best value with pricing based on the lowest average number of snow events per winter in our region. Clients on this plan receive first priority placement on our schedule as we design our routes. With this option, driveways and walkways will be cleared every time it snows all season for one flat prepaid rate. *
Get early bird pricing on full-season snow removal through October 16th
Per Push - With our per push option, we will plow / shovel and salt when a particular amount of snow has accumulated (your plowing trigger), or after each storm. You will be billed each time we visit your property. Pricing is based on the depth of snow and the size of the area plowed, and these prices will be offered in advance when you sign up for your service, so there are no surprises. *
Monthly Contract Billing - This pricing plan is designed for our residential customers who want a more predictable cost but only need service while on vacation or recovering from a surgery or injury. With the monthly billing option, a flat non-refundable rate is billed the first day of the service month, and snow will be removed from driveways and walkways every time it snows that month. Pricing is based on factors such as the size of the area to be plowed and calculated in advance. Sign up for as many months as needed. *
10 Push Pass - Another popular option for our residential customers is our ten push pass. This option offers a purchase in advance for ten snow removal services and applies to the next ten plowable snow events beginning the date of purchase. It does not allow the option to choose which storms but applies to the next ten plowable events as of the purchase date. Pricing is based on factors such as the size of the area to be plowed. This option is popular with our late season signups, who think there may only be ten snow events left. These are non-refundable but does guarantee your spot on our route for ten snow events. *
Our snow routes fill up quickly, and some billing options are not available all season. Sign up early for the best availability.

Depending on which plan you sign up for, pricing may be determined by factors such as the total size of the area to be serviced, depth of snow accumulation, whether you’d like options such as ice melt put down, and whether any special equipment is required to complete your job safely. A small one-car driveway with minimal sidewalks will cost substantially less than an apartment complex parking lot that requires several pieces of equipment and has a zero-tolerance for snow and ice. Give our office a call so we can help determine your specific needs. Most residential properties can be measured by satellite and quoted over the phone.
For insurance purposes and to be sure all expectations and agreements are met, we require snow removal services to be outlined and signed as contracts.
Our ice melt product is a premium magnesium chloride blend. It provides instant traction, is not harmful to pets, vegetation, or the environment, and is more effective and safer on concrete than regular rock salt.
In the winter, our crews are scheduled 24/7 and work around the clock to get snow cleared.*
For residential customers, we visit once per snow event. We start our residential plow routes as close to the end of the storm as possible. Occasionally when lake effect snow or a large storm is expected, we may visit more than once per storm when a driveway needs to be recleared. Generally speaking, you should expect us within 24 hours of each storm completion to get your driveway and sidewalks cleared.
For commercial customers, how often we plow is dependent on the set snow trigger and contract details, but we will be out at least once per storm.
